Lately I’ve been loving my GREEN SMOOTHIES as my mid-afternoon snack!

For example, my night time #POWERSnack lastnight was a
GREEN SMOOTHIE/PUDDING that I posted on Instagram

There are a lot of different opinions on eating at night;
I personally always have a snack at night.
Something small enough that is sweet-
perfect combo for night for me!
Again, #beTRUEtoYOU! What works for me may not work for YOU!

I love my green smoothies & I didn’t get a chance to make one yesterday
(I try to have one a day!)
but last night I came home from work hungry
and made GREEN POWERBOWL PUDDING
(pudding because I make it thicker than a smoothie!)

I’m not sure Of my exact measurements but close to
1 cup frozen spinach,
1/3 cup frozen carrots (love doing this)
2 TB pumpkin,
1 tsp Nutrex spirulina powder,
1 tsp
maca powder,
1 TB flax,
1 TB
mila chia powder,
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk,
2 tsp cinnamon & liquid stevia drops,
& topped with 
cacao nibs & coconut butter!

blended in my magic bullet anddddd there is healthy chocolate sauce
underneath for that last awesome spoonful!

Nothing like a bowl of #powerfoods!

    Hi! I love chocolate/PB protein shakes and almost every fruit smoothie! I am trying to work up the nerve to try a green smoothie because of how good they are for you by I have not done it yet! Maybe this weekend!

    Hi! I looove PerfectFit protein! My current favorite is the pumpkin pie smoothie, by adding 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 frozen banana, 1/3 cup oats, 1/4 cup pumpkin pure, vanilla, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and ice, sometimes I also add spinach. It’s the best smoothie ever!! I also love to make protein pancakes with perfect fit, it’s the best protein powder to cook with! Thanks for this give away 🙂

    Frozen carrots? I’ll give it a try!!
    My go-to PerfectFit smoothie is: 1 scoop PerfectFit, 1/2 frozen banana, 1 Tbs peanut butter, 1 Tbs chia seeds, 2 cups of spinach & enough almond milk to get everything moving!
    Super easy!!

    I’ve been wanting to try Perfect Fit! I have MRM and SunWarrior at home right now, but may move away from the MRM/whey protein :). My favorite breakfast smoothie is 1/2 a frozen banana, 1 c. unsweetened almond/coconut milk, 1 scoop protein, 1 T chia seeds, 1 heaping tsp. bee pollen, stevia, cinnamon, 1 T raw cocoa powder, a big handful of fresh spinach, and a few ice cubes to make it super thick and super cold :). I need to try your green-er smoothie, though…I could fit in a lot of good nutrients if I used frozen spinach! And I never thought of frozen carrots :))

    I have been dying to try perfect fit protein! Being a vegetarian on a vegan diet 99% of the time I am always looking for ways to increase my protein intake! I have heard nothing but amazing reviews about perfect fit and it would absolutely be a perfect fit for me 🙂 I make smoothies on a daily basic! One of my favorite combos is almond milk, banana, chia seeds, vanilla and cinnamon!!! Yum! Perfect fit would taste great in that smoothie! #plantPOWER

  10. I love any kind of smoothie! I just ordered my first batch of perfect fit and can’t wait to try it! I’ve only heard great things! I like to pack as many fruits and veggies as I can into my smoothies!

  11. i LOVE green smoothies. my fiance always turns his nose up because of the spinach or kale, but half the time you can’t even taste it! i happen to love that “green” taste. Whole Foods also has be spoiled on theirs. Amazing!!

    The smoothie i drank this morning was made with oats, Iced green tea, figs, a banana and a little nut butter. It was the first time i tried it and it was delish! But i need to try your recipes!!

  22. I love my powersmoothies! I have been trying to incorporate greens in every smoothie I have, especially my postworkouts. Everyday this week I have added 2 cups spinach and 1 cup kale to my sunwarrior protein powder and unsweetened almond milk. Just tweeted and IGd the picture! Super excited for the opportunity to try Perfect Fit. I have wanted to try it for a while now!

    Favorite combo is chocolate protein overnight oats ( choc protein, oats, chia seeds, flax, water)blended with cocoa powder, spinach, carrots, and frozen berries! All whirled with unsweetened vanilla almond milk! It’s chocolate covered berries in a glass!

    I love smoothies..i have one every morning before I work out..i always add my spinach!! lots of spinach!! I have been dying to try perfect fit protein..i have heard so many comments about how good it is..and what a nutritional powerhouse it is. I would love to try perfectfit.

    It’s almost 10 pm but I just saw this contest and love all the smoothie recipes! I am going to make my morning a little easier by making the chocolate covered cherry smoothie now and leaving it in the freezer for post-workout tomorrow! Any tips on how to thaw it out? Just let it sit while I sweat it out in the morning? That would be some good motivation! Will tweet a pic soon : )
